Terms & content policy
Kudo Ayaya lets anyone create a board and collect messages, photos, and video links from others. Boards and messages are made by their contributors, not by the people running this site.
Acceptable use
Do not post or link to content that is illegal, or that you do not have the right to share. In particular, no:
- sexual content involving minor persons;
- content that harasses, threatens, or doxxes a person;
- material that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark;
- malware, scams, or unlawful goods and services;
- spam, bulk advertising, or repetitive promotional posts;
- using this service as general file hosting, or embedding media hosted here into other sites or apps.
Uploaded images are size-limited and stored only to display them on their board. A board owner can hide or delete any message on their board at any time.
Reporting illegal material
To report content you believe is illegal, send a notice to the operator at the address below.
Email gully-hunk-gender@duck.com.
Copyright takedown
To report material you own and believe is infringing, email a DMCA notice to the operator of this site. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), it must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- the URL of the infringing message, with enough detail to locate it;
- your name, mailing address, phone number, and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for them.
Send to gully-hunk-gender@duck.com.
No warranty
This service is provided as is, with no warranty and no guarantee of service. It may be unavailable, change, or shut down at any time, and boards, messages, and uploads may be lost or deleted without notice — keep your own copy of anything you want to keep. Boards and messages are controlled by the account code that created them; keep your code private, since anyone who holds it can manage your content.
